By accessing or using Finixa, you agree to these terms of service in their entirety. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the application.
2. Description of service
Finixa is a personal budget management web application that allows you to:
- Manually log and track financial transactions.
- Organise expenses into fully customisable categories.
- Visualise charts and budget indicators.
- Manage savings goals and targets.
- Import bank statements in CSV format.
Finixa is not a regulated financial service and does not provide financial advice.
3. Permitted use
You agree to use Finixa solely for personal, lawful purposes. The following are expressly prohibited:
- Any commercial use without prior written authorisation.
- Any attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or extract the source code.
- Any action that may compromise the security or integrity of the application.
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent any limitations.
4. Free of charge
Finixa is entirely free, with no time limit. No paid plan is planned — the goal is for the application to remain accessible to everyone.
5. Service availability
Finixa is provided "as is", without any guarantee of continuous availability. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance or force majeure. We aim to minimise any downtime.
6. Data responsibility
You are solely responsible for the data you enter into the application. Finixa does not verify the accuracy of any financial information entered. The application is a personal management tool, not a certified accounting system.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Finixa and its developer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application, including data loss.
We recommend regularly exporting your data using the CSV export feature available in the application.
8. Intellectual property
All elements comprising Finixa (code, design, brand, content) are the exclusive property of its developer. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution or use is strictly prohibited.
9. Changes to terms
These terms may be updated at any time. By continuing to use the application after any update, you accept the revised terms. The last updated date is shown at the top of this page.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
